Celebration and a simple pasta with zucchini and chili garlic oil

And so it finally happened. I graduated and in the last two weeks there where all sorts of celebrations:

a quick trip to the west coast, commencement with the hooding ceremony and a very special manicure showing my true colors

Harry Potter like characters having fun with my academic regalia

all sorts of formal and informal parties that included plenty of food, alcohol, and great presents

and finally a trip to Chicago with my parents (where I took no pictures so that I could enjoy my time).

Now I am back in Minneapolis, happy but a bit tired and probably a few pounds heavier. So for the next week or so I want to eat only simple food, sleep a lot and finish off all the things that have been lingering on my to do list since my defense. In this spirit, I will share a very simple pasta. Quick to make, delicious and very light: pasta with zucchini and chili garlic oil.

Pasta with zucchini and chili
